Nexteck Singapore Pte Ltd, R&D team is working together with Leading Chip Taping Machine Manufacturers and also our semicon customers in the design and systemise solutions for tailor made combination of ARC & Taping Machine in hard and software to meeting with highly efficient and smooth tapping process plus cost effectiveness and fully automatic production lines.

ARC machines supplied by www.nexteck.com.sg is suitable for processing electronics components even like wafers, chips using WLCSP packing materials.
The exclusive PLC control system developed by Nexteck Singapore Pte Ltd enables our ARC abilities to advance to a much high end.

The processing speed is fully adjustable depending on the movement of chip taping machine. Operation Bar Cord Reader Unit, online CCD system are also available to confirm products specification.
