The R&D team of Nexteck Singapore Pte Ltd, has much effort in taking the advantage and avoiding the disadvantage of Square / Rectangle Pocket design for WLCSP device by forming rotary or linear m/c, the inner sharp corner of the pocket which might cause to the positioning accuracy of device placement during taping process.
 
Our special Dog Bone and Mickey Mouse pocket carrier tape are custom designed and produced for our major customers to meet with their requirements from project to project.
